Does Epic Games ZenDesk not have Level 2 tech support?

I’m having an account issue that’s clearly an account database error*, and needs to go up the chain to actual Sys Admins, but the ticket seems to bounce around from Level 1 support technician to Level 1 support technician. Some of them clearly AI, if not all of them. Does Epic Games ZenDesk just not have Level 2 tech support? Is there a better form of real human contact? (Reddit answered this question with here)

*Ok ok, it may seem clear to me, but it may not actually be the case and I’m willing to be wrong here. But ■■■■ does it smell of database error.

To be way more specific, I need to connect a GitHub account to my Epic account so I can build the Arch Linux unreal-engine package. Long ago I had my original GitHub account connected to my Epic account. That GitHub account doesn’t work with it’s recorded password. Due to a domain registration debacle, I can’t do a password recovery. So I made another GitHub account. From Epic’s account management front end, there is no GitHub account linked. If I try to link one, I get an error that a GitHub account is already linked. I have very clearly explained this to their ZenDesk with screenshots. A couple of people seemed to have understood, but it doesn’t seem to actually get escalated. The ticket was opened on the 22nd and is still ongoing.
