Does Epic Games provide Blueprint based Plugins for Console Dev-Kits?

As an indie developer who only uses Blueprint and never wants to lay hands on any real code, this is a very critical question to ask.

I’m aware that most of this is under NDA but I assume what I’m asking is outside of that realm. To give an example and make things clear.

Would the process look like this:

  1. Get Dev-Kit by Microsoft/Sony/Nintendo
  2. Get in contact with Epic Games to receive “special” version of Unreal Engine with console publishing options enabled
  3. Get platform specific Blueprint based plugins and subsystems to access the full feature-set of the selected console platform

Would really appreciate anyone with experience to give me a clear answer on this because if it’s all C++. I see no other way than hiring a programmer to help me port my game when the time comes.
