Does duplicating an island get flagged as spam even if everything is changed?

Hi, does anyone know if duplicating a project and changing the map could negatively affect my island? I’m thinking about duplicating a project to delete the entire map and create a new one, which might take me a few weeks. I understand that publishing a duplicated project could be detected as spam, but I’m wondering if this would still be a problem if I duplicate it and then spend one or two months working on the island before publishing it, as the only things I want to keep are the island settings, devices, and assets.

No it should be fine,

Have you got a decent tutorial on duplicating an island, I did it once, can’t remember now but I do remember it wasn’t as straight forward as I thought it was.

It gave me a seperate project & a different Public Island Code, but shared the Level asset in the editor. The map was about 95% the same and did not get flagged as spam.
I did deactivate it though, only because I didn’t want to keep it up.

I’ll try to explain as best as I can. First, you need to create a new project. Once you’ve created it, exit from it and go into the island you want to duplicate. After that, you need to go to your content folder, right-click, and choose ‘migrate.’ It will give you a list of everything. You need to make sure that your entire project is included there. After continuing, a window will appear showing the locations of your projects on your PC. There, just go to the project you created earlier, select the ‘Content’ folder, and that’s it. It’s important to restart the editor so that all the assets appear in your new project.
