Hi, I’m currently creating a Fortnite map on UEFN and I’d like to add a picture from a known person to it. I know that using a photo of a real person is against the rules, so I have a question: is it allowed if I significantly edit the original picture and change it into like a 3d version?
If someone could tell me if it is allowed, I would appreciate it. Thanks!
