I install the Epic Games launcher and I get this, I have formatted the PC, changed from Windows 11 to 10 and it still does the same thing, does anyone know why?
Quiza suponer… If you want an educated guess… Its probably because the installer doesn’t know how to deal with localization (decimal-format es-419). Latin number formats are crazy anyway (decimal points where commas should be 
). Epic installers aren’t great at handling Spanish regions (look at all the FAB issues). So maybe try Installing in English. That may mean changing the OS region first… 
That seems like a general WIndows installation error. General Windows troubleshooting then? Restart? Run as admin? Uninstall any previous versions and try again?
Maybe the windows decimal setting is conflicting with unreal?
Check windows => Control Panel => Region => Additional Settings (button) => Decimal Symbol
It works with , as a symbol. Maybe Spanish has a dot or different symbol by default?
