Does anyone know what AudioUpdateTime is?

Heya, I’m pretty much a newbie on sound.
Does anyone know what AudioUpdateTime is?

No matter the complexity of the sound cue or how many I’m playing at once, I always get a 5-8 ms lag spike every couple of seconds from it.

I can reproduce the issue most simply by just playing sounds from a notify in the running animation of Quinn in a clean new project.
