Hi, I noticed that there was the detail decimation factor in the Reconstruction settings. The default for the High model is 1. Does it make sense to lower the detail decimation factor even more? I see that decreasing the detail decimation factor below 1 is possible.
However, I don’t know if decreasing the detail decimation factor below 1 will increase the amount of detail in the reconstruction. Because the word used is “decimation,” I assume that it is impossible to decimate by a factor <1. I.e. if a decimation factor of 1 corresponds to not changing perfect data, then it doesn’t make sense to decimate something by a factor of 0.5, because it’s impossible to get any better detail than _perfect_.
It would be useful to know if using a detail decimation factor below 1 would increase the reconstruction quality.
