Hey guys,
The documentation search page used to be the home page for the documentation and would show up when you clicked the Resources->Documentation from the menu bar up above. I really miss it.
Using the search box in the top right of the documentation pages takes you to a different search results page that doesn’t have this:
The quick links for sorting the results by C++ API only, Forums only, Wiki only, etc, are extremely useful. Currently however this is where you end up searching from the docs using the search box in the top right corner of the page:
This ONLY searches the documentation pages, it does not even show results relating to BP/C++ API’s which used to be part of the documentation.
I managed to find this page:
www.unrealengine.com/en-US/bing-search is the address. It works great but there is no link to this site anywhere from the menu bar or the documentation site itself that I can find. Could it please be added to the menu as “UE4 Search” or similar, and/or have a simple way to access it from the documentation home page?
Currently this search page has no title set for it, you can see this on the highlighted (blue) tab in the image above, it’s just the URL instead of a proper title. It might be a bit rough around the edges because it isn’t intended to be accessible, I was able to navigate backwards to it from an old link I found on AnswerHub. It is far too useful to not have it easily accessible.
I’ve made a shortcut to go directly to this search site since I personally prefer it, but I doubt I’m the only one who would like access to the old search system. 
On a related note it would be appreciated if there was a link to the API Reference site from the menu bar too.

EDIT:
It turns out the search bar at the top of the forums does take you to the search page with the ability to sort! However I still think it would be far more useful to have the documentation page send you to the search results with the various filters, maybe set to Documentation by default, but still allow the results to be filtered.
