Do you know how to Blend a camera that follows a Paper2D tilted to the screen ?

Hello.
Paper2D characters often face forward to the screen.
I would like to rotate the play viewpoint from the center of the playable character.
After the rotation, I want the centered Paper2D character to be facing 45 degrees to the screen.
In addition, I would like to have the camera switch to BLEND at this point.

However,

  1. when using Spring-Arm, the camera switches instantly and looks unnatural. (The video shows two Spring-Arm switches).
  2. I don’t know if tracking with Cine Camera Actor can be applied to mesh like sprite.I also do not know that using CameraActor is appropriate for gameplay.

Is there any way to track Paper2D with the character tilted facing 45 degrees to the screen?
