Do this laptop meet recommended system requirements?

Hi I’m looking to learn to use unrealengine. I emailed pc world to ask which is the cheapest laptop they sell that meets the recommended system requirements to run Blender, Unity 3D and UnrealEngine and they came back with “HP 15-an051na 15.6” Laptop - Star Wars™ Special Edition". http://www.currys.co.uk/gbuk/computing/laptops/laptops/hp-15-an051na-15-6-laptop-star-wars-special-edition-10139833-pdt.html

Does anyone know if this means the recommended requirements? The processor is:

Intel® Core™ i5-6200U Processor

  • Dual-core
  • 2.3 GHz / 2.8 GHz with Turbo Boost
  • 3 MB cache

Does it need to be 4 core or more instead?

It does not meet imo, they do not write a word about ram so its probably nothing to brag about, that is why i assume it’s whole 2gb ram, with windows 10.
You may be able to develop mobile game on it, but anything that requires lightmass building will melt that thing or make you age well before it finishes calculation.
So they may be right “minimal” specs for doing “minimal” tasks in unreal are (barely) meet.

The website says 6GB of Ram tucked away under the specification tab. Would that make it high enough to meet it?
