Do I need Physics Assets for my characters?

In my project, characters never go into ragdoll. Do I need them to have physics assets, or can I dispense with these?

In other words, do physics assets server any purpose outside going into ragdoll?

Hey @Scytheria_Asurah!

I believe so. The physics assets don’t just influence the Skeletal mesh, they influence other objects with physics enabled as well. If you’re going 100% programmed movement of all things, I’d say you probably don’t need it, but they’re so small it is probably best to keep it. Plus UE doesn’t like it and will annoy you until you give it one :stuck_out_tongue:
