Do I need a new MSI?

I have downloaded an installer package for the Rocket-Beta but windows comes up with the following error when I try to install :

" This installation package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows installer package. "

My only guess is that I requested the wrong version by accident in my application. I am using Win7-64.

Is it possible for me to get a new download link? I have deleted the MSI that was provided for me.
