So I want to purchase something from the marketplace and I want to pay with Paypal. However it says I need to attach a bankaccount or a creditcard.
I already have a bankaccount attached to Paypal.
What is the problem?
You may need to set your default payment method in paypal, check your paypal settings and try again.
I checked them but I cannot find it.
Also I believe Paypal will always use the bank account as the default method.
So anyone another idea? this did not work because I cannot change the default settings.
Have you tried both in the launcher and through the browser to make the purchase?
Yes and it states the same thing.
Still doesnt work for me. Could it be a bug?
Seems like something odd is going on with your account…I was just able to test with my paypal and it went through in 2 test purchases one in browser and one through the launcher, contact the marketplace support team using: marketplace-support@unrealengine.com and let them know you are having issues and they should be able to help point you in the right direction.
