Do I have to uninstall 4.9.2 then install 4.10 to get the latest version?

I currently have 4.9.2 on my laptop. I downloaded the latest downloader and ran it thinking it would update to 4.10 but it still shows UE as 4.9.2.
I am hoping there is just an update to the program without having to uninstall then reinstalling the full program again. Any support is appreciated.

You’re supposed to update engine versions through the Epic Games Launcher. Under the Unreal Engine tab and in Library, there should be an “+ Add Versions” button near “Engine Versions” at the top.
