Do I count as student?

Hi! I am 14 years old, I learn in primary school. Of course, my computer currently can’t handle Unreal 4(I have only 6GB RAM and NVIDIA GeForce GT610), but I am planning to try it out when I got my own, powerful computer. I just wanted to ask- can I get students pack if I am in primary/medium school instead of high school/university?

As far as I know the free student subscription is just available to university and college students.
