Do content browser assets crash level loads?

So i’m trying to load the NYC level from the Urban Assets Marketplace pack,
and it crashes before it opens. It gets to around 80% loaded and then… nope!

Any idea what I’m doing wrong?

I know there are a lot of assets in my content browser. Would that effect it?
