Do bones have individual tracks in Unreal?

Do bones have individual tracks in unreal, I mean tracks that are keyed or unkeyed? Like on this page it mentions how to blend 2 animations but I was expecting to do it by keying blinking eyes in one animation and idle pose in another, maybe the jaw in another, and combining them, it doesn’t say if that is possible. If anyone has an example of adding procedural blinking to the animation blueprint that would help.
