Do Animation Modifiers work on macOS?

I am trying to add animation modifier to an animation on mac and when I am trying to remove existing curve from the script I get “Warning: Could not find SmartName Container for Curve Name RotationAmount while trying to remove the curve”. Adding keys to the curve doesn’t work as well. The same thing tested on windows works without any problems. Is there a workaround for that? Is it known issue and will be fixed? Should I fill a bug report somewhere? Thanks for help.

I have the same problem.
I only have a Mac so I cannot confirm it working on Windows, but this makes me unable to work with Curves and Modifiers at all…
