Distribution builds should be made in the shipping configuration

in project settings I set all flags to shipping and for distribution but every time when i try to package for ios there always shows IPP warning - Distribution builds should be made in the shipping configuration
is there any way to force shipping build? apple rejects my app saing - The use of non-public APIs is not permitted on the App Store because it can lead to a poor user experience should these APIs change. Also they say that non-public APIs mostly presist in testing builds.
