Hi!
I am making the first import test from Marvelous Designer to Chaos Cloth. I managed to go through the whole process, but the cloth simulation is severely distorted. I don’t think it has anything to do with the physics asset of the Metahuman because the side that is not so distorted respects the collision of the body.
The only weight map that I used was 1 click of fill and when I used the brush, I got the same result, so the problem is around the way Unreal sees the physics of the garment uploaded from MD.
The garment is just a long T-shirt dress:
