Summary

Hi, I received a Bridge asset last year, which was worth 18K. When I clicked on the
“free” option in the price section of the FAB, it only showed 2.1K. Although other
assets are also in the library, it is not displayed. What’s going on?

I have 18876 assets marked as claimed in Quixel, however Quixel plugin only shows 14721 of them. I have checked with a tiny script and only 11 of these 18876 are removed some time in past year. This either means 4144 of the assets are still there but not visible in categories even though you can search for them and download them or the counter is bugged. I have added 17202 Quixel Assets to my library. Counting in the removed 11 items from Quixel, this means 1663 are not added into fab yet. The…

I’m looking at Quixel Megascans assets in FAB. I’ve turned on the free price, but many assets aren’t showing up even though they’re in the library. If I un-turn on the free price, the assets reappear. Is this a bug or is it a mechanic? Is there a more convenient category mode for viewing assets in the library?

As far as I know Quixel do not have anything free anymore. you own them and you can’t see the price,but their price is increased to about $2~$3 each

Hi @ANIOF,

The 2.1k assets represent the total number of assets currently available for free on Fab. These are not the claimed assets. However, you can download and add these assets to your library for free.

By saying “received a Bridge asset last year,” If you claimed the Megascans library using the “Claim All” button, these claimed assets will show up in “My Library” with a dedicated “Browse Quixel Megascans” option.

Hi, thank you for your answer, I saw the dedicated “Browse Quixel Megascans” option, which really scared me. I thought I didn’t receive these assets last year and needed to repurchase this year. Now I feel relieved
