Display Fixed Bounds in Viewport

I’m having trouble displaying the Fixed Bounds outline in my viewport for in-level Niagara systems. I have also tested this issue with a default “HangingParticulates” emitter set to CPUSim Fixed and the bounds are also not displaying.

Bounds is enabled in the Niagara System itself, and in the Niagara Debugger settings “Show System Bounds”, “Debug HUD Enabled” and “Debug HUD Rendering Enabled” are also selected. I am encountering this issue on both 5.4.1 and 5.3.2.
