Displacement problem - visible polygons

Hi, I have a problem with the displacement map.
my workflow:

  1. simplify high poly scan to 1million poly
  2. Export .obj
  3. Retopology in instant mesh and reduce poly to 60k
  4. Import Mesh to RC
  5. Texture reprojection:
  • Color map looks great
  • Normal map looks great
  • Displacement looks wierd with seams.
    Do you know how to fix it?

Hi, how you simplified your model? Was it in one steps or in more incremental steps?
Could you try simplify the model to 60k in RealityCapture and try to reproject the textures directly there?
