Displacement Issues

I am trying to apply a megascan texture to a surface so i followed all the steps to get the displacement but at the last stage of applying the normal map on the displacement tab an error warning pops up ‘virtual texture must be disabled on the selected texture2d’ i went into plugins and searched for virtual texture and disabled it, restarted but it still didn’t work

Right-click on the texture and select “convert to regular texture.” However do note that if the texture uses UDIMs this will break it, only using the first UV tile (1001).

This is apparently a limitation of the modeling tool, making UDIMs incompatible with displacement maps in UE. Workaround is to save out a high resolution mesh from Zbrush and convert to Nanite.
