I like Epic Games as a company but when it comes to support they are really slow. I have a product on the Epic store (currently tagged with coming soon) and I sent two private questions a weak ago and still waiting for response… It’s causing me to delay the processing of publishing the game. Would really wish to get some attention.
Another week went by and still nothing… Paid 100$ and no costumers support… Please give attention to developers who aren’t big companies. It’s really delaying my progress.
Hey @GalMaron - Our apologies that we are not currently meeting your expectations regarding support! With the release of our self-service distribution tools, we are currently going through a period of higher-than-normal support requests from our partners, which is in turn slowing down our normal response times. We are very actively working on improving that so we can get everyone the help that they need in a timely manner.
Regarding the two private questions you mentioned, I believe I was able to locate them and it looks like we responded last week. Were you able to take a look at those replies?
Yes finaly they were answered but after more than two weeks. With that said I posted some more questions lately and they were answered faster, so the support is getting better.
