Disabled plugins, cannot open project

Hi, I was testing packaging my project, and disabled the following plugins I have had installed -
Itween, Substance and Leap controller.
Now I am unable to open the project.

The only way i found, take the uproject file open it with a text editor and delete the plugins manually

This worked, I could reopen my project. I didnt delete the plugins , I just reset enabled to True on each. This can be marked as solved.

Thanks. Though, to make this work, you need to keep the Plugin folder inside your Unreal project with the disabled plugins, otherwise crash continues…
