I have found various sources online advising to disable the g-buffer and / or enable forward rendering for mobile projects, but I can’t figure it out. The tooltip for enabling forward rendering goes along the lines of “enable forward rendering for desktop platforms. forward rendering requires shader model 5-compatible hardware”. That means it simply can’t be used on mobile, unless I’m missing something. I also can’t find an option to disable g-buffer.
bump. I was just going to ask, how do we turn off the gbufffer in 2019, because you know, things change in the engine…get moved…
