Can someone tell me does Unreal Engine 4 support DirectX 10?

I could be wrong, but I believe UE4 runs on DirectX 11.
Generally, the safest option is to have a DirectX 11 compatible GPU, that way there are no problems.

Yes, Unreal Engine 4 supports DirectX 10. IIRC you can run UE4 in DX10 by using -d3d10 commandline.
