Directional Damage Reduction in Ue4 , Attack Range and Movement

Okay, so I’m making this card game unit the CCG Toolkit available at the engine store and I have re-altered it a bit to my specifications. What I cannot do however is find a way for the cards to received damage reduction depending on where the card was attacked.

Also, I need a way to place in some sort of attack range for each card. The range is not a fixed range but rather a count of the number of card holders from the selected card to the target and a way to get the card to move from another card holder to another since the Toolkit doesn’t seem to allow this plus there is not enough information in the Toolkit’s documentation to tell me what does what and who does who.
