I’m having issues with getting the direct link to show a change I made in my sketchup model. I saved before hitting sync. Then went to TM to refresh and the same model is there. I closed SU and reopened. When I first imported the model it was successfully through direct link. When I refresh it has a load screen but doesn’t update the model. I was using SU24 and TM23 just updated to TM24 and still having issues. I downloaded the newest datasmith plug in but can’t find where it’s saved to delete and re-install. when I open manage connections for datasmith in SU it’s saying no connection is found, in TM the source file is the original file that wasn’t working with no option to change the source file. Update: I think the issue was my source file was stored in my google drive folder which is cloud based. Solved by re-saving the file on my computer directly, lesson learned. However, still cannot get datasmith to work says there’s a connection missing.
