the direct link function for 3ds max and twinmotion is not working.......what can i do ?? or what am i doing wrong???

Sometimes, you may need to click Synchronize for Datasmith to begin sending information outside of 3ds Max. Afte clicking Synchronize, Twinmotion should begin to recognize the Direct Link source.
If that doesn't work, you may need to see if your network or firewall settings are blocking Datasmith from communicating with external apps.
