Thank you for posting in the community and sorry to hear about the troubles. This can occasionally happen if the cache directory is no longer accessible or needs to be reapplied.

Would you be able to open Archicad then go to the Datasmith palette and click on connections.

Once the window opens go to the bottom and select the 3 dots to open the cache directory path, and specify a new location in a safe place on your machine. I would remove it from the temp folder as that sometimes gets erased.

If the above did not help it could be a blocked network port as Direct Link uses network communication. You could try exporting as a udatasmith. Please contact us directly if your still having issues: https://twinmotionhelp.epicgames.com/s/case-community-page
