Direct Audio Input

Hello UE4 Community!

Is it possible to use a microphone as an input device in UE4? If so, do I need to use C++ or can I use Blueprints? (I would prefer to use Blueprints, but C++ could work as well)

I would also like to be able to limit the listeners to hearing a specific pitch (music related program).

Is any of this possible?
