Different post process results in viewport and in game

Hello! I know this title have been done before but i think my issue is different, i cant find any soultion to this.

WHen i press P to play, the post process looks like this:

But in viewport OR if i detache the camera from the player in game OR if i switch to another camera EVEN if i switch camera in a Level Sequence, the game looks like this:

I have no post process settings at all on my player camera. If i switch back to the player it looks correct again. The volume is set to Infinite and has a high priority.

This is a huge problem becuse i cannot crate cutscenes in this scene!?
How do i solve this?
