differences in fps game in the editor and the final executable


When I run a simple game, no texture, effects and things that overload the game runs at 45 fps me, but when I compile the game (for windows with DirectX10 option checked) on my PC with HD graphics 4500 down to 15fps max.
They could explain that to compile both low performance being the same level running 45fps within EU4?

It’s impossible that you have the same graphic settings in editor and standalone, my guess.
