Difference between WorldSettings->SetTimeDialtion() vs. SetGlobalTimeDilation?


I’ve been doing some tests with Slomo command which uses WorldSettings->SetTimeDilation() and also the BP function SetGlobalTimeDilation and I did not quite understand the difference between the two.

From what I understood WorldSettings->SetTimeDilation() affects all clients and SetGlobalTimeDilation only affects the local client. Can anyone at Epic confirm this to me?
