Difference between add component via blueprint and editor

I put a “Add Component” node

and add a custom component into the actor

but I can’t find it in the component hierarchy panel?

I saw the variable from the detail panel however

so I was wondering what is the difference between

"add a component through Detail panel(which is a green button on the left top of the panel) "

and

“add a component through node”?

I’d be interested in finding out how to permanently add components to Blueprints via in editor scripting as well.

add components to blueprints or with blueprints?
