The same quection, the whole internet and the whole forums could not answer. Do I need to reinstall the whole UE Editor to see the default setting of diff tools？

I’m not familar with UE; I think it’s Perforce is the key world; I dont konw if UE offical will all relative to Perforce or they will do it theirself;
It’s the UE module, still dont know how to use it or may not the keyword
