This is a very powerful and complex system with tons of options for customization, documentation is not great, but their email support has been excellent.

Hi there. Could you share impressions on working with the system? I know it’s free now (thank you very much), but still there are several options to choose and I am looking for a clean solution which is lightweight and extensible, and easy to craft dialogues with (or import them as .json for instance).
