Device Color Managment - OpenColor IO/Composure

I’m using ACES OpenColor IO config with Composure in Unreal.

I’m getting a “OCIO Invalid” watermark error all across my Composure output on my external monitor.

Color/Signal Flow:
Sony A7sIII (Rec 709) > Blackmagic Decklink > Unreal/ACES OpenColor IO (Input Rec 709 to Linear sRGB) > Output to External Monitor (Linear sRGB to sRGB)

I followed two different tutorials, including this quick one posted above and still seeing the issue. Anyone recognize the issue?
