few days ago i filled my information to epicgames to give me the access to develop my games to consoles (XboxOne)
Today They responded :
Thank you for filling out the UE4 Console Access Request form. Once we have received confirmation of your developer status we will reach back out to you to continue the sign up process. In case you missed the instructions in the form the steps to verify your developer status can be found below.
Xbox One: Please ask your Microsoft account representative to send an e-mail to consoles@unrealengine.com confirming your status and referencing your email
every time i go to microsoft and ask for this (microsoft agent) they say that this is not thier work or something like that
can any one help with this step (Ask Microsoft account representative) ?
