Developing for Android phones - Infinitix series

Hello. I recently checked out the requirements to develop with Unreal 5 for Android, in regards to the lumen features, and it requires these graphic processors:

CONTEXT:
So, I did a research about the Infinitix Hot 40 pro, which is a popular phone in some phone stores.
The Infinix Hot 40 Pro is equipped with the Mali-G57 MC2 graphics processor. This GPU is part of the MediaTek Helio G99 chipset, which also features an octa-core CPU configuration comprising two 2.2 GHz ARM Cortex-A76 cores and six 2.0 GHz ARM Cortex-■■■ cores

I also noticed the stores had a model “ZTE Nubia Neo 2 5G Ram 8+12 /256GB + Kit Gaming” which is equipped with the ARM Mali-G57 MC4 graphics processor.
The Nubia Neo 2 5G is powered by the Unisoc Tiger T820 chipset, which, along with the Mali-G57, supports efficient multitasking and smooth performance in resource-intensive tasks.

I know the U5 documentation (in general) says: “Look for devices that support VULKAN” (to my understanding every mid-phone after 2020 supports this, I could be wrong).

**So my question is: **
Having a phone like the Infinitix or Nubia with G57 GPU will work with Lumen or the recent features for mobile created with Unreal 5.5?

I should mention that both phones come with Android 13, and as such I assume the OS can also play a part in the graphic display and processing. This guy comes up to me at the store and he says he plays Freefire + Counterstrike + Genshin + Fortnite in the Hot Pro 40 phone, and the battery/graphics don’t even finch after 3+h gaming. I know those games don’t use Lumen, but I’m just curious why GPU in these phones don’t qualify for Unreal’s Android game development with advanced VULKAN features?
