I have not seen any possibility to ask my question directly to an Epic Games emoloyee or support. The AI agent is completely useless. If you are a dev, please help.
I am in the Epic Games developer portal and try to release my product and I have all changes on “Staged” and pushed it to “Live”. In this step Epic Games needs to verify all the files before it gets to the store page.
I got the notification that “Issue found in 1 entity” but I can not click on anything to see what the issue actually is. I searched for half an hour now. Has anyone experienced this as well?
And the “Create private case” button does not work and I get a 404 error"
