Determining which object is causing issue with Unreal Insights?

Hello,

I have been using Unreal insights with Unreal Engine 5.1 trying to figure out what could be causing frame rate loss and the returning information from insights is slightly confusing.

I have investigated The skeletal meshes on the player, tried optimization settings and also tick rates but nothing really seems to improve fps, any idea what could be the issue? Or more importantly how to to figure out what is causing this to happen?
