Destructible mesh location is changed after a small amout of damage

I am working on a game for android and i want to use destructible mesh for applying a bit of damage to something which is attached to my pawn. The problem is that the destructible mesh is moving from its place when it takes a bit of damage but i want it to stay in its relative location to the pawn.
