Destructible Mesh destroyed after one shot

I’m playing around with some destructible meshes and this is what I’ve set for the hit event to cause damage to it.

However, even though it’s set to do 0 damage, the mesh is exploding after one hit from a projectile, or if the player character touches it, it also explodes.

Any ideas on what’s causing it to happen?

I can post the other blueprint stuff if you can let me know what you need to see.
