for sure it has been asked, however…
so when i drag static mesh into the editor, the whole engine is frozen. i know it is due to my slow computer. that’s fine, i would buy one to solve this. i’m just wondering is it the gpu or cpu causing this? to put it another way, a i7 is going to help this more or a 1080 ti? needless to say, ssd and 16g ram is guaranteed to present.
It depends on what your current system specs are.
