Is there any way to designate a group of images having a common nodal point? (a la Photoscan)

By nodal point you mean the “center” of the interior orientation? As in panorama shots?
Not that I know of, although there might be a way of using altered XMPs for that, but I don’t have much experience with that kind of workflow…
