Design environment in Unreal using megascans and export to 3dmax

Im modeling an environment in Unreal 5.3 using Quixel Megascans assets, I need to export this environment outside of Unreal to 3dmax to render some scenes with some animations I already made.

If I send this level with megascans assets to 3dmax, I need to purchase a Personal Plan?
