Nice work! Very realistic and ominous. I like the level of detail in the foreground with the shrubs and sand. I might change your title to “desert scene” though. When I clicked on this thread, I was expecting a detailed render of some ice cream or brownies (which I’m sure would have been awesome too).
More relevant to the image itself, maybe make the mushroom cloud a lot brighter or perhaps a bit of a cloud ring around it?
